Joining Baltimore tracks means you're taking steps to knock down years of systemic inequality within the tech industry. In doing so, we have important guidelines for joining Baltimore Tracks. ​

Review Our Initiatives.
Our initiatives are the starting point of any member that's looking to join Baltimore Tracks. So, you must understand then and be able to meet the requirements of 4/5 of the commitments to be a partner.

Prepare Yourself.
The commitments are a very small part of getting into B-Tracks. We value companies that take the time to understand what they're looking to get out of B-Tracks and what they have to offer.

Do The Work.
After you join Baltimore Tracks, we leave it up to you to deliver on those committments and stay aligned with our community activities. You've joined but, now it's time to do the work.
